Prevent Waste, or Just Deal with It? On the Transformation of European Corporate Regulation
Recycling isn't enough. It only addresses waste once it has already been created, and the volume keeps rising. But does European legislation reflect this priority? And what will the forthcoming Circular Economy Act change?
