1. Governing Terms and Laws

We provide advisory services under our current General Terms, and an Engagement Letter possibly specifically agreed with you. We provide the services under the Czech Act on the Legal Profession, under the laws of Czechia and the European Union.

2. Values and Ethics

We live our values of accountability, respect, and freedom and recognize the power of collaboration and innovation. We acknowledge complex ethical challenges in sustainability transformations and apply high ethical standards. We provide advisory services in accordance with the Professional Rules and Ethical Standards set by the Czech Bar Association.

3. Dispute Resolution

In line with the General Terms, should there be any dispute between us in connection with our Advisory Services Agreement, we will seek first to settle amicably. If this is without success, all disputes arising from the Agreement, or in connection with it, will be finally decided upon by the Arbitration Court connected to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic according to its Rules, by three arbitrators, in accordance with the Rules of that Arbitration Court. If you are a person acting for purposes which are outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, you are further entitled to use the out-of-court settlement procedure at the Czech Bar Association, in line with the EU Directive on Consumer ADR.
